Wax On, Wax Soif White 2019 Bold all from smallThis is the second vineyard Herb Quady planted on his home property, just on the next slope from his Maes Vineyard. Herb comes from a family of California winemakers, and has fully engaged himself in the southern Oregon wine industry. He farms his home site, as well as a slew of other organic vineyards in southern Oregon under his Applegate Vineyard Management umbrella. This is the first year we made this wine, as a white counterpart to our Wax On,
