Ichiro's Malt Malt & Grain Whisky (700ml) MENU Production is tiny and belovedA true definer of Japanese single malt style, Ichiro's Chichibu line is essential to try in its entirety. This peated malt whiskey spent 3 years in ex Bourbon barrel and then partially finished in a Port Pipe. The nose has plenty of smoke with nuanced by notes of orange rind. The palate has a creamy texture with ample concentration with loads of citrus and ripe apple notes which finishes wonderfully witha puff of smoke.
